This is Why Real Estate Agents Should Not Just Run Ads


If running ads to get sales is your only strategy to get customers, you are in deep trouble!


Let’s face it. The cost of running an ad is skyrocketing while your ROAS (return on ad spend) is plunging. Some are even running their ads at a loss! The cost of producing an ad is also surging because your competition is hiring expensive video teams, professional hosts and copywriters to help them create their ads.


This is besides the fact that ad algorithm is often unpredictable and the quality of leads are usually….. ugh…


Is this really how you plan on basing your Real Estate Business upon Now, instead of relying on such an opportunistic approach that can often be copied by just any other agent… (and we’ve seen too many of that, haven’t we?)
