THESE 8 WORDS MADE ME SMILE...

One afternoon, I accidentally went to the wrong office floor.

But it turned out to be a blessing because of I saw these eight words:

"Make today so awesome that yesterday gets jealous"

And I smiled.

What a timely reminder!

Not sure if it happens to you, but my day can easily get ruined

with one text, one email or one person.

Our past experience has so much impact on us that it affects our

present experience.

Which is why we find it hard to enjoy each moment.

Even when we are having our much needed meal or

spending precious time with our family, we will still be

stuck in the past.

Our body is there but our mind isn't.

All because of...

That one email you received.

That one comment your colleague made.

That one failed sale.

It is so not worth it don't you think?

So as I remind myself, I like to remind you to STAY PRESENT.

ENJOY EVERY MOMENT.

If good, linger.

If bad, move on.

No matter how yesterday went, today is a NEW DAY.

Live it so well that you make yesterday jealous.
