Yesterday, my badminton coach “painted” a big logo in the centre of my racket so that I will keep hitting the shuttlecock at that area.


And it worked like magic!


I could SEE exactly where I need to make contact with the shuttlecock and hence I did!


And then this revelation hit me: everything is created TWICE. First in your mind then in your reality.


So if you have a compelling goal that you have set for yourself in 2019, make sure you can SEE the manifestation of this goal.


It can be in the form of a vision board (a montage of pictures that represent your goal).


Or you can start hanging out with people who have achieved your goal.


The more you can SEE your goal manifesting, the higher the chance you can achieve that goal!

These are just fruits.

If a farmer wants his tree to bear fruits, he does not focus on the fruits. He focus on the soil, the water and the sun.

Likewise if you want your social media tree to bear fruits (likes, shares, views), focus on the soil, the water and the sun.
